3. 星期，月份，季節，三餐，球類，棋類前不用冠詞

4. 復數名詞表示一類人或事物時不用冠詞
例子：They are nurses. 她們是護士 。
5. 某些固定短語前無冠詞
例子：on foot，by bike，at night，at home

a/an She's a doctor
a/an 用未表示某物是什么，或某人做什么工作，
A pony is a smail horse. 矮種馬是一種小體形的馬，
Canada is a big country, 加拿大是一個很大的國家 。
My sister is an electrician. 我姐姐是一名電工 。
注意：a/an 不能用在復數名詞前面 。
Ponies are small horses. 矮檸馬是小體形的馬.(不說a small horse)
a/an:描寫人物 She's got a nice smile
a/an 常用于描述 。
She's got a quiet voice 她說話很輕柔 。(不說 。。The quiet voice)
He’s got a friendly face 他長著一張友善的面孔 。
注意：a/an 不能用在復數名詞(plural)或不可數名詞前面 。
She's got blue eyes, 她長著一雙藍眼晴 。(不說 。。A blue eyes. )
Hes got long hair, 他留著長發 。(不說 。。A long hair)
表示泛指時不用 the People are funny.
the 通常不用來表示泛指的人或物 。the 不表示“所有、全部”，而表示裝摘的人或事 。
泛指 特指
People are funny,人真是有趣 。
Ilike music.我喜歡音樂 。
Sugar is fattening.糖容易使人發胖.
She's interested in dogs and horses.
她對狗和馬感興趣 。
The people in that house are funny,
那個房子里的人真有意思 。

定冠詞the的用法：

表示上文中所提到過的人或物 。
eg. I have two children, a boy and a girl. The boy’s name is Mark. The girl’s name is Penny.

特指某(些)人或物 。
eg. The girl in a red dress comes from America.

指說話人和聽話人都熟悉的人或物 。
eg. My shoes are under the bed.
Please open the window.
04
用在形容最高級和部分比較級前，及形容詞only，very，same等前面 。
eg. That's the very thing I've been looking for.　那正是我要找的東西 。
Tom is the taller of the two boys. 湯姆是兩個男生中較高的那個 。
He is the>他是唯一一個沒通過考試的人 。
